Think of the Children is a multiplayer comedy game about terrible parents. You and up to three friends play as parents who have quite reasonably been charged with child endangerment and neglect. To prove your competence and innocence, you have to make it through parenting trials with your kids intact, which is to say not on fire, poisoned, ravaged by seagulls, bludgeoned by kangaroos, electrocuted, run over or otherwise maimed.

Here's a mouthful for you: Starborne is a free-to-play, massively multiplayer, 4X space strategy game where rounds last six months. Such is the ambition of Solid Clouds, an indie studio based in Iceland and headed by designers like Ásgeir Ásgeirsson, EVE Online's former art director, and Hrafnkell Óskarsson, who played a major role in EVE's lore and design.

The developers at Creā-ture Studios are taking their skateboarding sim to Kickstarter on November 14, hoping to revitalize a genre formerly controlled by big development studios.
