Hey guys
(Main debate question is at the bottom, I would like your feedback to that question):
I have been around here longer than I care to mention. All the while, I have been a majority Sony exclusive gamer; Owning the PS1, PS2, PSP, PS3, PSVita, PS4 and the PSTV. I like their products and will probably continue to like them. I may get the Pro (probably) but now, I also want to purchase the Nintendo Switch. While it is not the most powerful system, it has some very good looking games, and it has agressively moved console and portable gaming ahead. The games look outstanding and promising and the idea of having that in a portable form factor is really too much for resist.
So, I was trying to understand why this psuedo handheld was so appealing to me. The system itself was not as powerful and the third parties are too stupid to understand that EA declaration that 'we will support it if it sells' only made them late to a party. That and that none of them want to admit that BOTW seems acedemically superior to their own efforts on more powerful hardware.
The point, is that games look great on it, its not that expensive, and I can play Mario on the go. And it looks as good as its ever looked. I want one. My reason for wanting the Pro is a lot less nobile on account ofalready owning the Slim: I got the gold PS4 and this baby must be preserved. I don't een want to use it. It is to be displayed (yeah).... and I will need another so I might as well get a PRO. The problem for me and the Xbox is that they are too similar to the PS4, you just don't get the exclusives.
If you only have one current gen console, which other console is most appealing to you?
