Hmm... not sure they should have made that announcement.
I understand, but this is what they are saying. They say they are trying to re-invent the wheel. Workers say that work is being wasted because there's no direction or structure in the company.
It's difficult to say who is right. But i don't think that hurling their heads in the sand and saying "we just work like this" is exactly something they should have said. Even if they added that they are seeking to improve. This message certainly doesn't give that impression.
Oddly, enough, it also didn't help very much in reassuring that things are going right with Cyberpunk, but i do remember similar problems happening during the Witcher 3's development and they did pull through.
