And I agree with you, if they take to long for someone to get into the right classification and run on races that have his profile right then they can lose control and sales very fast...

Preventive way is checking the trophies on GT5/6 and/or the license grades for starter and then use the level up and down system for behavior on the online. The problem is when they give fair players a lot of penalties because of the behavior of bad players it will be hard to level up yourself.

I got into 1 more race after that, scored neutral, white b. I got jostled again at the start, yet the clean driving after cancelled it out this time. That's still not raising th SR rank though, but if all the bad apples sink faster (plenty of red B and C again) I guess the result is the same.

As an alternative you could set a terrible lap time and drive safely behind the pack to raise your SR rating :)

GT Sport did awaken the itch in me as I have been missing it already. It's just a pretty screensaver now, can't connect!

Well it's an option to run in last, lose several races, but improve your clean slate.
