They're not denying that sexual harassment occurred. They're dismissing the allegations that someone filed a sexual harassment complaint. 

Good. The only person... but yea, they're not denying that any sexual harassment did or did not happen, just there is no official report of it. That makes sense, because the accuser has already admitted he didnt say/file anything.
