It is strange to be allowed to use Formula level cars without doing even the equivalent to class C license. On the assist, I liked the line assist showing breaking point and best course on the track, but one could say I got dependent on it. On GTS seems like the substituted it for three cones demarking entrance, appex and exit of the corners. the rules on licenses were very rigid. the challenge on GT were much more on gold on licenses and challenges than winning all the championships.... and Nurburgring is always a nightmare for me. |
Yup... those licenses were really the draw of the game back then. I felt almost wrong playing GTS this past few days and having access to certain cars. I was even gifted some of them for just driving a certain amount of miles through normal gaming?????!!!!! WTF??
Like so whats the point?
Sigh..... games have really gotten easy these days.
I never used the assists.... I found that they do make you become dependent on them. I just did tracks over and over again yntil I mastered them.... oh, and race against your ghost.
