Which is a problem if you are accusing someone of harassment. The ownership on proving something is on him, because ND can't disprove something that doesn't exist. Reminds me of an argument where Christians ask an Athiest to prove that God doesn't exist. THe Christian is the one responsible for proof as they are the one saying something is there. David is in a similar situation. I can't take you to court for harrassment and compel you to prove me wrong when I haven't proven myself right. At me job, if I found that something seemed unfair or out of the ordinary, I find a way to take note of it. Thats for my own protection.
