One should have proof when making an accusation. ND can't prove that he didn't because if he didn't there is nothing there. There statement is very clear. They don't have any record of him going to HR about abuse.
We could sit here all day and come up with conspiracy theories, or David could offer some proof. Anything. Names, email, or corroboration. Just something.
