In all seriousness, I don't think EB is in much of a position to threaten MS.  If EB threatens to pull 360s off shelves, MS counters by pulling 360 software from EB.  The 360 does currently have the lead in the U.S. by a wide margin, and its attach rate is high, so EB would be giving up huge software revenues by doing so.
