Guess I'll have to pick up Lost Legacy, I did have my problems with UC4 as well (mainly pacing, overdrawn platforming sections). At this point though I think I'll have to accept that they'll never top Uncharted 2.

I imagine you'd find The Lost Legacy similarly frustrating. It's Uncharted: The Game. All the good, all the bad, all the ugly. All the series' missteps are there, magnified. All the series' high points are there, amplified. Like Uncharted 4, the quality veers wildly between chapters. The final chapter is truly great though, apart from an awkward and unsatisfying boss fight.

I'd say it's among the weakest of the franchise. Uncharted 2 remains untouchable, largely because it rode that line between cinematic and arcade-y so well. Starting with 3, the series tipped into the cinematic and has never really recovered.
