I do want gambling to be taxed cause that is the LAW, and videogame companies are taking advantage of it atm. Gambling needs regulation. Again, it's the law.

You may find Ultimate Team not excusable but that's kind of irrelevant seeing how it's FIFA's mode popular mode (I don't play it myself, more of a Career guy).

Kinder surprise is banned in some countries. A case can be made with physical goods that you still get a physical product. Digital goods are just a number beeing randomly rolled, just like in the casino.

The third example you gave is not gambling. Thats just a machine you aim at things. It depends on skill.
