Bolivia is usually the one that holds that reputation, but Quito is still 2800 meters above sea level. 

Ah right, I just remember Ecuador had to use Old Trafford to train to play in lower altitude environments back in Germany 2006, Bolivia is hard to get used to for people not used to it.
