Neither did i, but it's also G-Sync, i'm happy.
My GPU solution is not strong enough for max settings @ 3K though.
You should try Tyranny if you like isometric RPG's. Also Pillars of eternity is pretty good.

What's G-Sync do? I've heard of that term but never was really sure what it does.
I've heard good things about Pillars of Eternity. After I beat Divinity 2, I'll definitely look into that game.

Roger that! This laptop has great fans and I'm making sure it's in a completely vented area. Plus there's a button on the case that supercharges the fans to expel heat (sounds like a jet engine when it's going full bore!). BTW, what is an ideal temperature for a gaming machine? I should probably get a temperature program so I can monitor and make sure it doesn't overheat.

I think it has some problems because it was in native 4k. I think if I had it set to 1440P, then it would probably run just fine.
Zkuq said: Nice specs. You shouldn't have much trouble playing any game you'd like. If you like strategy games, you might want to look into the Total War series. Also, Grim Dawn and Titan Quest, while not exactly that great-looking, might be nice if you enjoy Diablo-like games. Oh, and strictly speaking not exclusive, but Cities: Skylines is awesome and probably much better on PC because of mouse and keyboard as well as mods. Speaking of mods, playing Bethesda's games on PC can be quite different from playing them on consoles because of mods. There's a lot more I could recommend, but here's something. |
Thanks for the suggestions! I always wanted to play Total War games but before this, I never had a good enough computer for that. Cities: Skylines also seems like it would be right down my alley as well!

Should run fine in 4k. Assuming your drivers are up to date.
