I'm already worried that it feels like it's getting too watered down with the annual movies... Star Wars used to feel like a huge event, so I'd hate to see it just become something so ubiquitous that all anticipation and impact is lost when the name pops up on the screen.
Personally, I've always loved the use of novels and comics to expand upon the universe instead.
