Turkey is pretty easy. Just have to keep track of the temp in oven and make sure it is fully cooked on multiple locations of the turkey. If you want to get real easy then just throw a steak on the grill and make sure you flip it at the proper time which on most grills would probably be 2 or 3 beer chugs.
