Another example regarding sales, the PS3 at a higher entry pricing and months of less sales for many regions including Europe sold 12.85 million in an equal timeframe while the 360 sold 11 million.
Regarding current sales. Last quarter Sony sold 1 million more PS3s than Microsoft sold 360s and the PS3 continues to outsell the 360 worldwide despite some weak 360 to PS3 ports and nearly all popular XBox games including Halo already received 360 sequels.
