It's statistically impossible to spread HIV if you're poz but on medications to keep it undetectable. Everyone needs to make smart decisions (USE A CONDOM CORRECTLY AND CONSISTENTLY!!!!!!) and be honest and respectful.

I'm not sure I would have passed this law, though it's very doable to live a normal life with HIV with modern medicine and more understanding in society.
