North Korea continuing to use test sites near surrounding countries can't be an option so the easiest solution would be hostile takeover of North Korea by China ...
NATO in east asia could be guaranteed peace for at least another 2 or 3 decades if they let China have North Korea instead of chasing the dream of reunification along the Korean peninsula lead by themselves ... (the sooner the US and South Korea stop objecting to this idea the better it is for achieving peace)
