I don't understand the point you are trying to make, but I'll bite.  Condoms aren't 100% protective against HIV. You should know better. 

I'd also like to add that neither HIV nor Herpes are shaming, and that some people completely loath condoms and they'd like to know if the person they're sleeping with was ever tested positive for HIV. 

I thought everyone knew double bagging doesn't work and actually makes the condoms more likely to fail from the friction of them rubbing together.  Sorry wanted to responded to his statement but was too lazy to find the post.  I'll just add that on top of your input.
