I don't understand the point you are trying to make, but I'll bite.  Condoms aren't 100% protective against HIV. You should know better. 

I'd also like to add that neither HIV nor Herpes are shaming, and that some people completely loath condoms and they'd like to know if the person they're sleeping with was ever tested positive for HIV.
