On internet forums, this certainly isn't an unpopular opinion. I definitely liked certain aspects of Lost Legacy more, it had better pacing, and the combat encounters seemed more frequent. Uncharted 4's story was legitimately touching, though, so I preferred that game overall, but Lost Legacy is very much a streamlined Uncharted experience and I can understand why a lot of people would find that more appealing...plus Chloe is an awesome main character, I hope she gets more spin-off games.
