I'm not the only one that thinks the terrible goalkeeping is more shocking than the terrible officiating right?

I legitimately think something shady went on. I think what happened is the linesmen was expecting the goalkeeper to save the shot, but when he didn't he decided to raise the flag. I have no idea what the goalkeeper was thinking.
