What I would do, that I think is within a reasonable budget:
1. Hire better script writers for Halo, force Split Screen into the game, and get the team to focus on making a strong campaign and less on multi player
2. Cut the budget for Forza, so it goes from being annual to every second year, money is better spend elsewhere.
3. Give the Fable franchise a proper comeback
4. Gears seems to be in good hands, so won't change much about that franchise
5. Make Rare focus on Banjo-Kazooie games
6. Keep Ori, Cuphead and Recore as core Xbox franchises
7. Get Mojang to make a Minecraft sequel or another game exclusively for Xbox/Windows 10
8. Make Xbox One mouse/keyboard compatible
9. Bring Age of Empires 4 to the system
10. Make Microsoft Office available for Xbox One
