If it's both or either a timed exclusivity or a timed DLC (on a system I don't have) and I really want that game, I'll simply wait for the time period to pass then the whole deal would come to my system of choice and then... I'd still wait for the price to come down, as I'm still doing for Rise of the Tomb Raider who first came to Xbox and has now been on PS4 for a while but I'm still waiting cause I want to pick it up at the best price.
Patience is really a virtue and with so many games it's not like I'm twiddling my fingers doing nothing waiting for a specific game anyway so I'm good.
EDIT: Perhaps you should have added a third choice "Pick neither, wait for the best deal on your system" or something.
