General - Your Mental Health - View Post

My mental health these days is pretty good actually. I've been vegan for the past month which has made me feel amazing. I start every day with ground flax seeds, almond milk, and stevia, with some green tea on the side. I meditate, go for walks, simple stuff like that.

I'm actually pulling more and more away from video games these days, spending more time reading, practicing my ukulele, and listening to records.
