How long ago? You could appeal to them to give you a refund on the difference as they should tell you of coming discounts. Most stores in the UK, if you buy a product then a few days later they change the price, you can go in and ask for a refund and in most cases they'll give it to you.
Worth a shot at least. I mean my friend got the wrong version of SuperHot because it wasn't clearly labeled which was VR and which wasn't when he purchased, he got a refund in the end but took a couple of weeks.
Love me some Wipeout but I can't justify buying it again considering I bought everything when it first came out on the PS3.
I'm thinking about Pyre myself from the games on sale.
