Ive had a Switch for 3 months and jist assumed the joycons had one..

Bafflingly, it has an IR camera, but on the back of the red/right joycon instead of the front, so it's not used as a pointer.

It is a very curious omission.  I do wonder if they'll simply use pure motion, which could work well.  Or perhaps an attachment?  We'll see.
