Those that are so hungry for a Japanese port job will take whatever they can get. I see KT and bamco as the devs/pubs from the Japanese side that like to produce ports as cheaply as possible, while asking for the same price, if not more. |
They get away with it because they know some guru will come along and fix it for them. Gives them an excuse to be lazy.
