Counting domestic ones, it seems we've had 3 other incidents (4 in total) that were carried out 1940, 1975, 2010, 2017.
The total death toll in those incidents were, 5 + 4 + 1 +4.

Although I think you could categorize a couple more incidents as terror attacks, but overall it's a handfull of times.

Well, it's quite lucky that the 2010 bombing got no one killed or that the 2016 bomb plot was twarted. Same with the 2011 assassination attempt.
