Another person said that Texas was being punished because they voted for Trump, when Texas was being hit by their hurricane.
Solution: Ignore these nut cases, and prevent those same nut cases from buying guns.
Edit: funny enough, the person who said that about Texas was from Florida. Wonder what he was thinking as Florida has their Hurricanes in route.
