You could be right, I can't deny that, but I really don't see a risk here. Just look at Nintendo with Breath of the Wild for instance. Nintendo has actually paved the way here for the sort of environment Sony would benefit from. I wouldn't buy the PS5 straight away but I would happily buy TLOU2 for my PS4, and no doubt Sony will make the upgrade free to download for those who eventually get a PS5.
