Really ? Did we just forget about the episode with X360 RROD, canned always online DRM with X1, Nintendo's previous online service, PSN hacking, paid online play, not to mention game patches and OS updates for consoles too ?

I'd say Windows copes the best out of the bunch when other platforms don't even offer as many hardware peripherals or software ...

Nintendo partnering up with Nvidia doesn't help matters either when the most closed and locked down console manufacturer such as Nintendo only gets even more secrecy when Nvidia is supplying them and that's a huge blow to the emulation community since their open source drivers are full of bullshit which has almost no documentation about their hardware so emulating the Switch is a next to impossible task with Nvidia around ...
