"not worth it" is subjective, and if its the only way you can improve your consoles graphics? 100$ is alot though, but might be worth it to some.

I imagine alot of nintendo switch games dont run high AA modes, and at 720p I could see such a Mcable helping out alot when docked.

 

What did you test it on? and was there a noticeable upgrade?
