He has made some of the more infamous threads in the past few weeks and like 50% of them have been locked. 90% of what he's criticizing Nintendo for here... he's never talked about or been harassed for saying. I took a quick look and honestly didn't see anything wrong. He seems to have opinions that aren't gushing about Nintendo and gets flak for it. It sounds exactly like what i expected so... *shrugs*
I don't see him beeing agressive either. So, i dunno. Maybe i don't have enough information, maybe theres some overeacting going on. I dunno. What i could is comment on this thread and it's what i did. Outside of it i will let the mods handle.
