Pantera!!! Who doesn't know them?!? Well, if you're a metalhead, you should know of them! This is their 8th album, and was released during a period of great turmoil, as Phil Anselmo became addicted to drugs. The tensions were so high that Phil didn't even record with the rest of the band: while they recorded their parts in Texas, he did his in Louisiana. However, the album still turned out impressive. It continued the trend of each Pantera album being heavier than the one before. I recommend the title track, Suicide Note (both parts), 10's, Drag the Waters, Living Through Me, and of course Floods!!! Which contains what many consider to be Dimebag's best solo of his career.
