No I think he meant people thought the PS4 peaked WW in 2016. I do not think the poster was meaning just in the US.

Yes, this is what I meant. I came to that conclusion because official PS4 sales are 17.8M in 2015 vs 19.4M in 2016. For the first half of this year, sales are up by 6.9%.
