All you need to prepare is two mirrors, so you can wave goodbye to your arse. We all die at some point anyway its just a matter of timing plus the universe is gradually going to destroy everything in it as black holes get larger and larger and consume all matter. The one thing that is a certainty is every place, person and event will be completely eradicated in time as if they never existed or happened at all. The insignificance of everything we know means you may as well just enjoy the journey however long it lasts. You've got 60 years life give or take 60 years. If you spend a few last hours irradiated so be it.
