Yes, we don't know if 2017 will surpass 2015 or not.
It's a hard task as Ps4 needs to sell more than 3.5 million over the next 4 months.
And the competition is stronger with Xbox One X as a new console release and Switch  

My bad, read it wrong... but yes depends on how much PS4 sales this year, if it is less than 2016 then we can call 2015 a peak (unless later it peaks again) but if it's above 2016 and below 2015 we can say it platoed, if it's over 2015 then its possibly the peak unless it does magic and peak in 2018 or later.
