No, do not use Rosetta Stone!! You need something that teaches grammar, vocabulary and cultural context, along with getting practice with speaking, listening, writing and reading.

Edit: Oh, and I might add that I'm also learning Mandarin!! So you could always practise with me if you'd like!!
