I don't see that working, these are people who are far too stubborn to realise that it's not as easy as it sounds let alone how important it can be to a medium.
For years I've been watching a few VA's go from complete nobodies to someone regarded as being quite popular, with the likes of Steve Blum, Tara Strong, Nolan North etc, all of those VA's took years to get where they are and not a few weeks or months.
