PC is the best platform because you will always have backward compatibility to play your old games in your new rig easily. Once you set your new machine, you are ready to play all your game library since when PC gaming began. Consoles sometimes fuck this feature up and it is necessary to make a port: so you need to buy it again to play on your new gen.
Today I only have a PS4 for the 100% exclusives, all multiplats I get for PC.
