Nope, still missing my point. I'm saying devs are in fact not ripping anything off, but it's perceived that way because it's a new genre. If the genre wants to survive, other games need to incorporate its gameplay elements. Nothing wrong with that.

To you they aren't, but when you look at the actual trailer, yes they are.
