I've been reading Ocha Nigosu and it's pretty darn good. It's about a guy nicknamed "Devil Ma-kun" and his friend Yamada. They're kind of delinquents but mostly in the sense that trouble comes looking for them. Ma-kun is a legend so people are constantly looking to fight him. He doesn't really want to fight, though, and in an effort to change his life, he joins the Tea Ceremony Club.
The president is very kind-hearted and the one person who welcomes him. There is also a girl with a very quick temper, who clashes with Ma-kun like fire and ice. Ma-kun is kind of a simpleton, while Yamada is the brains (even though Ma-kun thinks it's the other way around). Yamada is my favorite and can be ridiculously cool at times.
It's mostly a comedy but it also has unexpected depth.

(Yamada, when a jerk kept honking at an old lady who had fallen in the street)
