Best way to hook a Sega Genesis up to a modern tv?

If you want the best video quality, a SCART/RGB cord hooked up to a Framemeister provides it, but it's expensive!! I personally just have it hooked up with RF, it doesn't look too good but I don't feel like spending more right now to get it up to a higher picture.
