I do agree though that the video is specifically talking about *assholes* ... BUT .. it's very easy to take a video like this and just use it against any argument you don't like. Very easy to group elitists in with genuine concerns. 

These "genuine concerns" are nothing more like strawman arguments that fits their agenda. Proper game design is able to cater to both ends of the spectrum. Shitty game design is not.
