NVIDIA has released a new driver for its graphics cards. According to the release notes, this new driver offers the optimal gaming experience for Project Cars 2, Call of Duty: WWII open beta, Total War: WARHAMMER II, Forza Motorsport 7, EVE: Valkyrie – Warzone, FIFA 18, Raiders of the Broken Planet, and Star Wars Battlefront 2 open beta.

DOOM 64 has had it’s weapons, monsters, textures, menus and music copied and converted so it is playable on DOOM 1 and 2. This is called “DOOM 64 Vanilla” and is giving everyone the free opportunity to experience DOOM 1 and 2 but with a DOOM 64 skin overlay.

Modder ‘veironn’ has released the first HD texture pack for Rise of the Tomb Raider. This texture pack updates over 70 textures, mainly for Lara’s skin and clothes. However, and contrary to most texture packs, this one replaces the old designs with brand new ones (it also adds tattoos to Lara).

Need for Speed Shift is a racing series that made Slightly Mad Studios famous to the PC community. Shift was one of the first racers that implemented a spectacular cockpit view and was more sim than any other part of the NFS series (excluding NFS: Porsche Unleashed). Now since both Shift and Shift 2 were commercially successful, a lot of racing fans have been wondering why there wasn’t Shift 3 and why Slightly Mad Studios decided to create the Project CARS series. And according to Ian Bell, that was all due to EA.

According to the specs, PC gamers will at least need an Intel Intel i3 6300 or an AMD FX 8150 CPU with 6GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti or AMD Radeon HD 7850 GPU in order to play it at 720p with 30fps on Low settings.
