Pacifism isnt the answer. WHen you are dealing with someone who doesnt care what you say, will agree with you to further their own agenda and truly wants to dominate the world, force is the only option. A couple startegic EMPs and a full assault from Japan, S Korea, China, Russia and US would ensure minimal loss of life.
