Also has anyone had russian I.P's gain access to their Steam account over the last 6 months? It's becoming retardedly common for me.
Changed passwords more times than I can count (For Steam and all my online accounts)... Didn't install Steam or Use Steam... Didn't open emails... Made profile private... Lots of Virus and Maleware scans. Nope. They still gain access.
Even when using 20 character long passwords with capitals and numbers.

I am *hoping* it's due to CCleaner. So I have uninstalled that for the time being.
