Good luck affording a college education and healthcare.  Those two sectors far outpace any measly wage growth that has occurred in the past 30 years.  Good luck on that house too.  Most young people can barely afford an apt.

You cant afford IV league education, then dont get one. Go to a state college, community college. You can get decent carriers for under 30k, maybe 20k with a lithle help. You can also do some trade schoo that also pay well.

Dont learn something stupid like genders studys, political science, communications, or what ever other nonsense liberral arts degree. It dosent pay and getting in debt for that is stupid.

Im young and own my own home, but thats anecdotal. dont waste money on dumb things. DOnt get in unesesary debt. live with in your means. hold a job. dont have kids to young. do theese things and anybody can also own their own home and maybe more.
