Got em for PS3 a couple years ago so won't be doing that, but I noticed San Andreas has aged the worst by far. The combat and world are just BAD now. I mean the world just feels empty and janky while the previous 2 were filled with stuff to do and it didn't take 5 hours to get across the map. I think the graphics got worse too.
